Antonio (Shijie) Tong: (CV | Google Scholar | LinkedIn ) is an engineer and postdoctoral scholar at UC Davis in the Green Transportation Laboratory (GTL). He obtained the Ph.D. degree (2014) in mechanical engineering from University of California, Davis, and the B.S. degree (2010) in mechatronic engineering from Zhejiang Univeristy, China. He is a student member of ASME and SAE. His research interests include energy storage, batteries, fuel cells, electrified vehicles and smart grid. His career passion is to make energy storage sustainable, efficient, and conveniently available.
